Sinaloa Vision Statement

"The vision of Sinaloa Middle School is to enable students, parents, and teachers to work together in order to provide a stimulating learning experience, focused on high academic expectations. Respect for one another, pride in our school, and ownership of our behaviors ensure a safe, quality learning environment for everyone. We strive to reach all students, using excellent instructional strategies, technology, and collaboration to guide students toward success."

"Where Success is Expected"

For the past two years the Sinaloa Faculty and Staff have chosen a theme for the schoolyear that coincides with the work we are doing during our professional development days.

Our theme this year is "SABERS TAKE ACTION”

The SMS Faculty & Staff: will “Take Action” to provide a safe learning environment where all students can succeed. We will develop a partnership with parents and guardians to support our students. We will provide safe opportunities for students to be independent and explore their interests.

SMS Parents: will “Take Action” to ensure our children’s success at Sinaloa. We will partner with the school faculty with constant communication and support.

SMS Students: will “Take Action” to be successful now and in the future. We will work hard and pursue our dreams in order to reach our short and long term goals. We will follow the rules, dress for success, and be respectful and kind at school and in our community. We will challenge ourselves to do our best and to never stop learning and discovering new ways to overcome obstacles.

Mr. Arias likes when you follow the parking lot rules!

     Parking Lot Procedures

PARKING LOT (DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURES )

Please adhere to these Parking Lot procedures so we can get all of our students to and from school in a safe and organized fashion. Don't forget the two back gates will also be open at 7 AM.

Drop Off: We will allow parents to use the two lanes closest to the school, but students should exit with extreme caution. We will also utilize the lane near Royal Ave.

Pick Up: We will ONLY use the one lane closest to the school for pick up so busses and other vehicles may exit once they have their students. We will still utilize the lane closet to Royal, but please try to find a parking spot if you are waiting for an extended time for your student.

Click HERE for the Parking Lot Map.
